Stretching comes naturally to all of us; we often do it without thinking. And it feels good! Especially in the fresh, country air amongst the leafy surrounds of the UFB. In addition to that great feeling, stretching can produce large gains in flexibility and joint movement and contribute hugely to the great results you will achieve while you’re here (as well as preventing injury, of course).
