Head chef, Sean Paul Redding brings his extensive knowledge of food to the UFB. His inspiration with food was born through the teachings of his Grandmother Mama Guidry.
Nutrition is a vital element of your fitness and wellbeing, and a key part of your programme at the UFB. We believe that a healthy diet should compose of fresh, locally sourced and seasonal products. Our menus are created daily to complement your fitness schedule.

Our chefs bring their extensive experience in high-quality, delicious cooking to the program. Throughout your stay, our staff are available to discuss your specific nutritional needs and help formulate an ideal way, tailored just for you. For example, if your goal is fitness rather than weight loss, our chefs can plan a higher calorie diet for you, to optimise your exercise routine. NOTE: any specific dietary requirements will be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.

We compliment your daily exercise programme with a detailed nutrition diet plan. A flexible, personal approach allows us to tailor your programme as the days go by. This is why our clients see real, noticeable results that meet their individual expectations.

The UFB creates an environment free from the temptations that everyday life brings, giving you the chance to cleanse and detox your body. We also offer juice and raw food plans should you wish – please speak with our team for more information.
