Throughout your stay, our staff are available to discuss your specific nutritional needs and help formulate an ideal way, tailored just for you. For example, if your goal is fitness rather than weight loss, our chefs can plan a higher calorie diet for you, to optimise your exercise routine. NOTE: any specific dietary requirements will be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
